Why should you specialize?

I guess it can be a bit counter-intuitive . . . You want more business, so you think you should expose your brand to more people and perhaps expand the reach of your business by being more of a generalist . . . THE REALTOR for ALL people . . .

but . . .

Going deeper with relationships always seems to pay larger dividends . . . and being a specialist does just that. Here are some reasons your prospects might rather work the “Specialist you” instead of the “Generalist You” Why Work With A Specialist?

After all, I believe people respect us more when we stand for something specific . . . Just sayin’
