What we have here is a failure to communicate

When things aren’t going well in a Real Estate deal, it’s almost always due to a failure to communicate!

Actually . . . this is descriptive of just about any human endeavor that’s being difficult.

Of course, we want to find the culprit.

“They” are being IDIOTS and messing everything up.

or are “they?”

Effective Communication is a team sport . . . When the wheels come off the bus, we’ve all gotta own our own responsibility for our contribution to the mayhem.

Pay Attention to details

Ask questions – LOTS of questions

No sticking of your head in the sand (denial)

These are the important things . . . Assuming accomplishment of the mission MATTERS!

No excuses!
