Trust the Process and Don’t forget to Breathe

The most productive days are those when I’m too focused to worry.

Seriously! How many problems do we all create simply by worrying too much?

Conspiracy thinking is the worst form of self-sabotage.

Proceed til tackled, and Don’t worry about – well – ANYTHING!

When you feel worry creeping into view, create your own protective force field simply by disengaging and finding a quiet and safe space in which you can do nothing but BREATHE.

Breathe from your diaphragm, not your chest . . . These are DEEP breaths because shallow ones spin you into hyperventilation and anxious PANIC.

As the agitation wanes, muster your full personal power and resolve to push through this temporary speed bump.

and GO!

This is a process, and you are in control of only one thing . . . your own ability to maintain a clear mind such that you can make decisions that will continue the momentum towards the goal.

Trust this!

I can’t wait to see you at the finish line (Closing Table)

New mantra when encountering difficulty: “It ain’t nothin’ but a thang!”

Oh Yeah!

One last thing . . . Don’t EVER let’m see you sweat!
