1019 Champion Hills Dr – The Golf Club of TN – Kingston Springs

1019 Champion Hills Dr is a residential building lot offered for $69,900

It’s a marvelous, WIDE, wooded lot sloping down from the road to create a great Walk-out-Basement house . . . Build that “family retreat” and walk to the Golf course.

The Golf Club of Tennessee is a real Treasure unknown by even “Locals” . . .

It’s a TOP NOTCH Private golf Course only a short drive (30 minutes) from Nashville . . . Membership is a veritable “Who’s Who” of famous Middle Tennesseans.

Even more unknown is the Neighborhood adjacent to the Golf Club. This neighborhood is chock full of upscale houses tucked into the woods – Lots for sale are rare – Click on my pictures link to see several of the houses. This is a fantastic place to build an “out of town” family retreat – 2nd home . . . or a primary residence with a relatively short commute to the city.

Just ONE mile from the off-ramp of I-40, your car has climbed a “snakey” road through the wilderness – If you’re not watching, you’ll miss the perfectly manicured entrance of “The Golf Club”

2 Secure gates – One to the residential community – The other to the Private Golf course – Residents of the community do not get membership at the Golf Club – separate deal

Sitting in the middle of the Community, I asked me GPS to go to my office at the corner of Woodmont and Harding/white Bridge (Belle Meade Plaza) – “14 Miles – 28 minutes” 🙂

Thornblade Road – See the private lake on the left – Lot 55 is above the lake on the other side – Houses tucked into the trees on either side not visible – each house has it’s own paradise

the lake – It’s a dammed Creek – Provides a peaceful place for canoeing, Fishing . . . or just to see and walk by

A wide array of hosues in the neighborhood. Thought I’d offer pictures of many of them to give the flavor – Can build with approval of “Architectural review”

I call this “the Red house”

“Hidden house” . . . Not far off the road but barely visible

More Stark/Contemporary

One of my favorites – Stone/brick – Love the turret

I think “Dutch” influence

Approach road to the Golf Course – Makes for a nice walking route also 🙂

The Club House (Lodge) for The Golf Club – 2 level entertaining

Side view of the Golf Club Lodge

The course

Lot 55 – Underground Utilities – Slopes down from road towards Lake but no lake frontage – Perfect WIDE Walk-out basement lot – fully gridded but not perked for septic

  1. Are there any HOA fees? What are the restrictions on building? Sq ft? Is it marked for sale? How large is the lot?
