Don’t succumb to the social pressures of keeping up with the techies – That’s BS!
Adopt new technology that provides your current way with additional leverage.
Be sure that whatever it is it INTEGRATES well with your flow such that you don’t have to shut down your entire operation to shift to it’s use.
Pay attention to “SCALABILITY” . . . As your organization grows, will this technology grow with you, or will you have to replace it?
EFFICIENCY – Is this new technology making your life better, smoother, faster, leaner?
If not . . . PUNT!
