What are you putting in your gas tank?

There is a DIRECT correlation between the quality of the fuel you feed your your car’s gas tank and your car’s performance.

Garbage in – Garbage out

5 years ago, I had a Honda Prelude which I LOVED, but the the “engine light” would randomly come on for no apparent reason along with an unexplainable stutter while accelerating – The mechanics would re-set it (not finding anything wrong) – so I wondered if higher octane 93 fuel would help

It Worked, and the overall performance was WAY better . . . so I started using 93 occasionally (once a month) . . . Now, I ONLY use 93 after my tractor mechanic (TriGreen) told me that the lower octane 89 has ethanol which tends to brings water condensation into the tank, and water is bad for engines . . . and even BETTER is Pur-Gas for lawn equipment because it tends to go long times of non-use off season . . . . hmmmmmm . . . I wonder . . . .

What are you feeding Yourself?

  • Spiritually?
  • Mentally?
  • Physically?
  • Socially?
  • Emotionally

Are you intentionally carrying your own water?

Are you satisfied with your performance?

I find that creating space for introspection each and every day (early in the morning) offers a higher performing version of myself, and so I intentionally Open space – for any initiative – Day – Week – Month – year . . .

Feed yourself well!

pssst – For this to “work”, you must first reserve the time for it and pledge to yourself that you WILL commit to this rhythm with all things – beginning with believing that you DO deserve the “Me Time” to nurture your soul.

PEACE!
