Making Lemonade with these Lemons

For the past few weeks, I’ve been VERY busy talking Realtors “off the ledge” as the reality of the COVID19 “LOCKDOWN” sets in.
The world is NOT going to end!

This WILL pass!
NOW is the best time EVER to crank up the volume in terms of reaching out to your family, friends, acquaintances, current and former clients,new and old leads and prospects.
Believe it or not, most of the people you know are VERY interested in how this pandemic is affecting the Real Estate market. The stability of Our industry is important in ALL kinds of economic climates. 
After all, we’re ALL in the same “quarantine,” albeit in our own abodes.
Let’s shift perspective and find some GOOD possibilities.
Within your communication with your peeps, put on your Doctor/Patient bedside manor. Tell the truth without exaggeration (don’t sensationalize the real conditions) and don’t sound alarms based on things you saw on Facebook.

Talk about how this is affecting YOU personally and what YOU intend to do to be a part of this solution.

I hope you are well and taking every precaution to avoid this virus. Please let me know if I can do anything for you. I am alive and well and am committed to maintain my daily routine as much as possible by leveraging an array of virtual platforms/tools including:
Face to face “meetings” with http://ZOOM.usInteractive MLS search through our website”Transaction Manager” for creating documents and handling E-Signaturesand a variety of other internet tools for marketing and communication.
We Realtors are resourceful folks who are finding ways to work responsibly within the boundaries of appropriate “Social Distance and preventative cleanliness protocol (Washing hands and all surfaces, not touch face, covering coughing/sneezing, & etc.)
We are innovative folk who are figuring out how to show Houses and coordinate safe access for Home Inspectors, Appraisers during the process.
NOW is  a great time for people considering a move to get this process started. The “Stay at Home” order has most of us “stuck in quarantine” and quite frankly – BORED OUT OF OUR MINDS. Think of all of these people who cannot go to work and are sitting at home browsing the House Listings

This covid-19 thing might actually help us who are “Going to work EVERY day” (Even if in pajamas at the dining room table) build a solid “book of Business (Full Pipeline) for the late Spring and Summer market . . . while many agents are not working  . . . I and my team ARE working OVERTIME because we know this freeze will thaw and pass, and people want to buy 

THIS is the perfect time for MORE connection – My way of doing this is with frequent ZOOM meetings with a variety of folks.
