The problem with telling a little fib or lie is that once it’s out there, it’s out there.
You can’t change it because if you do, they’ll know.
So . . . If you’re going to do it, you’re going to have to remember which story you told to whom.
People talk to people . . . and people within your sphere of influence talk to each each other . . . You’re going to get caught.
and . . . there’s no such thing as an “Innocent little White Lie” . . . It’s still a lie.
All of this is about integrity in personal and business relationships.
I’m always flabbergasted when I catch someone in a lie . . . and it happens more often than it should during a real estate transaction with folks covering their tracks or “fluffing” to make a deal happen . . . and it NEVER results in good outcomes.
Because they’ll know . . .
