We can’t save you from yourself

So often, our most destructive opponent is ourself.

Self-sabotage reigns supreme when we let it roam unrestrained.

Don’t you hate when you do something “STUPID” after which you say to self: “I know better!”?

We can all imagine 1,000 reasons NOT to do something . . .

We can find plenty to worry about anything.

Not all deals are “too good to be true!”

“That house is on a hillside. I see cracks in the driveway;┬átherefore, I think that house will slide off the hillside not long after I buy it.”

“The Buyer only offered $500 earnest money, so she probably doesn’t have enough cash to close.”

“The Seller hasn’t responded to our offer yet, so he must have accepted another offer.”

BUT . . . You said your perfect house would be perched on a hillside with a beautiful view . . . Your Buyer is a Veteran using her VA eligibility for 100% Financing, and we’ve worked her closing costs into the deal, so she’ll even get her $500 back at closing . . . the seller of the house you’re buying had a death in the family 2 days ago and couldn’t be reached until the day after the funeral.

Things are seldom as draconian as Murphy would have you believe.

So . . . Let’s look FORWARD and UP!

“It’s ALL good!”

We’re committed to our aspiration that each day will be better then the one before.

We’ll choose not to participate in the conspiracy theorist’s proselytizing.

We’re going to trust the process and do our best to keep whatever comes at us in proper perspective.

Our first line of defense is being nice.

Don’t let yourself drag yourself down.

We can’t save you from you, but we sure can be your most loyal cheerleaders.

OOOOOOO – I can’t WAIT to see the new and CONFIDENT YOU – Phoenix Rising!
