When’s the last time you heard: It’s “time for a change?”
The second you heard those 4 words, you knew what they were about . . . The loud and clear message was “out with the old and in with the new.”
Change is always and everywhere.
Change can be good, bad, ugly, magnificent.
Football coaches hear those words after 3 losses in a row.
REALTORS might hear them after 90 days on the market.
Here’s something that is true for everyone who hears these words whether they want to admit it or not . . . they knew it was coming.
Some time in the not too distant past, there was a shift after which the relationship wasn’t as easy . . . There was a new tension in the air either in the form of:
Eustress – Good, positive stress
Distress – Bad stress
In both cases, the best response is acceptance.
the sooner this acceptance, the better.
Why delay the inevitable?
Acknowledge that the things are is now over, and it’s time to move forward . . . into this fire of change.
Embrace it and GO!
THIS is how we grow and learn and mature and succeed.
Don’t struggle so much
ride the wave instead of fighting the undertow
