“We don’t market to the masses!”
How refreshing is THAT?
For a long time now, I’ve been “in the market” for a good transaction manager that could work for my entire company . . . No-one knew I was looking.
In some eerie twist of fate I mentioned my displeasure with some of the programs out there in this blog post: Just FAX it . . . . . . and I received an email entitled “Regarding your recent blog post” from a guy talking about a program that can solve ALL of my Transaction Management woes . . . he had me at the end of the 2nd paragraph . . . “SkySlope is simple…no loops to join!”
I chuckled and immediately surfed to their website . . . Phenomenal claims and clearly simple to use, so I emailed back, and we scheduled an appointment for a demo.
What kept running through my head was the old saying: “If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.” so I proceeded with caution in search of whatever skeleton might be in their closet.
First, I found it odd that they claim to have a client base of over 1000 real estate firms, yet I’ve never heard of them, so I asked the question.
A few days later, I received a copy of the Owner Tyler Smith’s book “Going Paperless – Taking Real Estate into the 21st century” which tells the story of their company . . . organic and fun.
I haven’t signed up yet, but will soon.
What I love most about this story is that THEY found me.
This was a case of “sniper Marketing” . . . a single shot at an optimal lead – ME.
So . . . What if you were able to hone in on perfect leads for your business – one by one?
How successful would you be?
I think you have what it takes to do this.
So . . . Tell me again why you feel the need to mass market?
Barry, you got me on this one 🙂 🙂 I must not b thinking well on this Saturday afternoon:).
If this solution requires any money, I’m out 🙂
Always look forward to your blogs and posts 🙂 🙂
