Find a quiet place at least once every 4 hours to simply be with yourself for 30 minutes.
Begin every day with a routine that includes intentional “spooling up” of your brain –
Begin with meditation and/or prayer or quiet solo contemplation.
Read something inspirational and motivational . . .
Remember your goals and aspirations and affirm your commitment to reach them as if you are already there.
Review your obligations for THIS day, and amp yourself up to be the best you imaginable.
Your head is now in the game . . .
