YOU have a GREAT reputation, but your company? . . . not so much!

Some folks say they hire YOU regardless of your company affiliation.

I say this is (Mostly) true.

The Brand IS important!

In fact, carrying the banner of a well respected brand WILL improve your ability to find new prospects and convert them into loyal clients because there’s an element of trust already present.

The Brand is equally important on the other side of the coin.

Who do you know with whom you would LOVE to do business but is working with a company that doesn’t have a stellar reputation, so you take your business elsewhere?

Unfortunately, these are the folks with whom we avoid making eye contact when we see them at Networking mixers because we DO like them, but we won’t do business with them because of their company affiliation.

We all know these people and find ourselves wondering why such a great person would want to work with that company of ill repute.

If you’re one of those people, why aren’t you making a move to better company?

Are you just hoping things will change for the better some day?

Is it just easier for that person to stay in that job than move to another?

Is it fear of other people’s (incorrect) perception that your decision to change firms is in some way a bad thing?

Do you somehow think that you’ll LOSE business by changing firms?

What if your clients can’t find you because you’re not where you’ve always been?

I say: “Let GO of ALL of THAT!”

Turn the page!

You’ll find liberation like you couldn’t possibly have imagined.

and your business will bloom – flourish – THRIVE!

I promise!

Just do it!
