Who put THAT bee in your Bonnet?
It seemed like you were on target and FOCUSED on getting THIS done.
Next thing I know, you’re hopping down a different bunny trail to pursue THAT.
Did you encounter The Dip and CHOOSE to change course, or is it a whimsical escapade?
We never know what’s going on in someone else’s world.
Just as success seems sudden to observers even as it may be the result YEARS of blood, sweat. and tears . . .
What we see now is only the tip of a magnanimous iceberg.
Every one of us has swirling maelstrom of thoughts and interactions and feelings and memories and habits in our minds, and the increasingly raplex world in which we live ain’t making things easier.
So . . . observe and be wary of coming to judgement because things may not be as they seem.
There’s ALWAYS something humming along in the background that affects all peoples’ moods and actions.
Full circle – I wish to put THIS bee in your bonnet:
“Be generous and forgiving when you witness other people behaving differently and/or seemingly randomly irrationally.”
All of the above (mostly) rings true with one simple disclaimer:
“There ain’t no accounting for crazy people!”
We ALL know who THEY are and know they are exempt from “Civil Obedience!”
In my world of Building Pareto Realty, training and coaching and advising our Vital Few real estate sales professionals, and working with home Buyers and Sellers as we navigate this potentially emotional and complex and exasperating process, I’ve learned to seek out the “WHY” when I encounter erratic or seemingly irrational actions by other people.
Often we can “redirect” folks on smoother paths simply by putting a bee in their bonnet.
and then let go . . .
I wish for you a very productive week and hope you’ll connect with us at Pareto Realty if the bee in your bonnet may lead to a move 🙂
