It’s better than a sharp stick in your eye.
After all, you’re still 6′ over . . . WAY better than being 6′ under.
Count your blessings.
If you can’t see yourself getting over, under, or around the obstacle, there’s only one thing left to do . . . go THROUGH it . . . even if it’s just muddling through.
Yesterday as I was driving down my driveway, my truck informed me that the outside temperature was 1° . . . I remembered 33 years ago at the US Army Engineer Officer Basic Course at Ft Belvoir, VA a 10 day field exercise during which the high temperature during that exercise was ZERO, and the low was -15° . . . I reminded myself to quit whining.
This morning is a balmy 15°, so I dressed in shorts and flip flops.
Don’t make things bigger than they are.
Whatever your discomfort is today, it could be worse . . . be thankful that it’s not and muster all available karma and energy to improve the situation.
This too shall pass!
Adapt and move forward . . . even if it’s muddling through.’
Everything is connected and always moving.
You’ve got this!
