You wouldn’t grab a hammer to drill a hole.
That Phillips Head Screwdriver won’t loosen that lug nut.
If you are going to use a tool, it is first important to learn the intended and proper use of it.
so . . . Maybe the first and best question to ask prior to tackling any project is:
“Do I have the right tool(s) for this job?”
“If I had the tools, would I know how to use it (them)?”
If the answer is “No!” to either or both of the above questions, the next question:
“Should I be the one to tackle this project?”
“Who do I know who already has and knows how to use the tool(s)?”
“How can I get THAT person to do this thing I need done?”
I’m secretly begging you to maintain your focus on the things that matter to you and your family, and not to take your eye off the ball by taking on projects that require you to rewire yourself to accomplish.
As the world endlessly conspires to distract you from your purpose by slinging a steady stream of more things to do and taunts you with the perceived benefits of being a DIY (Do it yourself) Master, I offer this ONE word as your “Teflon” against the siege:
Leverage yourself by hiring trained specialists to do those things you don’t know how to do (and don’t have the tools to do), rather than derailing your momentum towards your goals.
With all of the above in mind . . .
When you’re considering Buying and/or Selling a house, doesn’t it now make PERFECT sense to hire the quintessential professional with all of the appropriate tools and the know-how and expertise to use them to deliver a SMOOOOOTH process?
THAT person is your LOCAL, Niche REALTOR (Member of the Local, State, and National Association of REALTORS).
Wherever you are in the world, I can help you find the right REALTOR for you.
As we say in the South:
and for those who attempt buying or selling a house without engaging/hiring a REALTOR . . .
“Bless your Heart!”
