How many are too many?

Can there be too many choices?

A long-standing comment about Nashville is that there’s a church on darn near every corner.

Nowadays: “There’s a new BANK or Pharmacy or Restaurant sprouting out of the ground every day (It seems).”

How do all of these businesses survive?

Where do they get their customers?

Who notices them and falls into the door to join them?

House builders know that more choices confuse their customers and result higher cost of construction so they offer fewer options. This is easier and helps them stay true to budget.

There are @ 4,500 Real Estate Licensees and @ 1,200 Real Estate Firm Licenses in our Middle TN MLS (Numbers are not precise) . . .

How does the regular Home Buyer/Seller choose an agent or firm?

Some folks will answer my question with THIS word: MARKETING!

I think there’s a different and more accurate word: RELATIONSHIPS!

Marketing may catch the attention of lots of people, but it’s the relationships that build loyalty . . . and SUCCESS.

Those who get this principle will prevail over time, and the others provide us all a dazzling light show in the form of “Flashes in the pan.”
