About your fear that the market will fall again!

Don’t think those thoughts!

If what many folks say about “That upon which you focus , EXPANDS” is true . . .

and you are obsessed with this mortal fear that this busy market we are experiencing will tumble soon and leave us all floundering just as before (2007-2008) . . .

Then if it DOES tumble, I’m blaming YOU!

So many people seem to forget the fact that market conditions are not much different than weather conditions.

What do we do when the weather changes?

We take shelter or carry an umbrella or put on Sunscreen or add layers of clothing or get out our flip-flops, but we DON’T live our lives in fear of the next change in the weather, do we?

What we DO do is whatever we need to do to weather the weather.

So . . . We equip ourselves to handle any kind of weather, and we respond accordingly as the weather conditions shift.

Fundamentally, this boils down to the basics of Food, Clothing, Shelter, and safety/security.

Take a look at your business practices from this perspective.

Do you have good habits?

Are you paying attention to the business climate and adjusting your business practices to match?

Have you protected yourself with the safety/security of a good pipeline of short, medium, and long term leads?

Are your financial reserves (Food) sufficient to sustain a storm?

How strong is your support network? Who will be on your ark with you as the waters rise?

Have you created a base of clients who will be there with you and for you through thick and thin?

All of this begins with good old-fashioned sphere of influence construction . . . which boils down to building DEEP relationships.

If you aren’t feeling well prepared and haven’t even the foggiest notion as to where to start, here y’go:

Begin with your closest circle of friends and find out how you can best help THEM through rough weather . . . In turn, they will learn how they can support YOU.

and don’t fear . . .

don’t let the weather dictate your life experience.
